What you get:
• First-right-of-refusal when a hurricane or tropical storm watch is declared
• 24-hour window to confirm your booking when a storm approaches
• If you pass, the dock opens to other renters
• Reservation is valid for 1 year from payment date
⚠️ Important: The $250 retainer secures your reservation only. The dock rental fee is separate and charged when you confirm your booking. The vessel owner assumes full responsibility for any storm-related damage to the dock.
