What you get:
• Guaranteed dock availability for any and all named storm watches or warnings declared during the reservation year
• Whether one storm or multiple storms — the dock is exclusively yours all year
• 24-hour window to set your dates and confirm when a watch or warning is declared
• Reservation year runs January 1 – December 31

⚠️ Important: The $250 reservation fee is charged when the dock owner accepts your request and is non-refundable. It guarantees the dock for the full calendar year (January 1 – December 31) — whether no storms occur, one storm occurs, or multiple storms occur. The per-day dock rate is charged separately only when you confirm dates during an active watch or warning. The vessel owner assumes full responsibility for any storm-related damage to the dock.
