By using Lease-A-Dock, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Dock owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Lease-A-Dock acts as a marketplace and is not a party to agreements between renters and owners. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation.
Renters pay the listed daily rate plus a 6% service fee. Payouts to owners are processed after renter check-in, minus any applicable platform fees. All payments are final unless a dispute is raised within 24 hours of check-in.
Lease-A-Dock is not liable for damages to vessels, dock property, or personal injury arising from use of dock spaces listed on the platform. Users agree to carry appropriate insurance.
